If u plan to use for target archery , holding bow still very important for long range accuracy. For women i suggest 24 26 28 or 30 and for men i suggest 26 28 30 32 or 34.

For kids 8 to 14 , i suggest 20 22 24 26 or 28. I suggest underbowing in this sport as u really need to hold steady.
