Brand New Traditional Bamboo Samurai Short Bow, Strings, & Arrow Set A brand new, custom-crafted traditional Japanese samurai half yumi. During the Sengoku Jidai (Warring States Period), the half bow was heavily utilized by samurai for indoor defense, castle sieges, and skirmishes in dense brush where standard, towering Daikyu longbows were impractical. This piece measures 180cm in total length, placing it at the absolute perfect length for a traditional samurai half yumi. This length offers exceptional stability while maintaining a highly maneuverable profile. It features a gorgeous, classic natural bamboo finish that highlights the organic grain of the wood.

The inner layers of bamboo and the ash wood base have been specially heat treated to greatly increase the resilience and snappy return of the bow. This bundle includes: -Asymmetrical Japanese Short Bow/Half-Yumi: 180 cm total length.

Draw weight is 11.3 kg measured at a 71 cm draw length. Bamboo Arrow (Ya): One authentic bamboo arrow measuring approximately 94 cm in length. It features a standard target point and traditional raptor style fletchings. Premium Bowstrings: Two brand new strings specifically sized for this bow.
