I have hunted and taken game with this bow, but I take very good care of my bows, and it is in excellent condition. It has always had a tip protector on the lower limb tip and has never been strung without a stringerthe limbs are straight, with no twists. It comes with the original owner's manual, and three B-50 Dacron Flemish twist strings by Linda Brackenbury--one that has been in use and two new--the bow is built for fast flight strings, but I prefer B-50 because it's quieter.
