I have a mid-1960s Ben Pearson Cougar 706-64 longbow with a complete set of Ben Pearson feathered fletching arrows. I was not able to verify what year it was made, and I couldn't find any way to look up the bow using its patent number. The bow and the arrows are in pretty good condition. Some of the feathers on the arrows are starting to wear.

The bow itself is in good condition; no major wear, scuffs, or scratches. There is one area on the bow where someone wrote what appears to be the model number; I was unable to find any information online.

The Cougars were always 62" and 64" bows, varying by year. The "64" in "Cougar 706 64" refers to the overall length of the bow, which is 64 inches. This bow weighs around 50 pounds at a 28-inch draw. This is the most important weight specification, usually measured in pounds at a 28-inch draw length.

The long bow and the arrows come in their original boxes, but the boxes do have significant wear and damage. The draw string will need to be replaced. For Bow Type: Longbow, Recurvebow. Country/Region of Manufacture: United States.
