Truly Vintage Damon Howatt Mamba Hunter recurve 1955-56
One very old Damon Howatt Mamba Hunter recurve. RH, about 50#, about 63 AMO length. Closest thing to a Serial # is "C65" below the leather grip. Very likely from the late 1950's.
Green glass face and grey glass backing. Looks like the older cross-hatched fiberglass. I wouldn't shoot this bow much. It's old and unpredictable.
It's really a Collector's piece. Experts Tim and Peter on FB DH page say 1955-56-57. This item is in the category "Sporting Goods\Outdoor Sports\Archery\Bows\Recurve".
