Collector's Herter's Perfection Mag recurve LH

  

LH, 60#, 62, Serial # M-620472001. Even though it's amo 62", the amount of recurve allows for a 56" string (pictured). Usually they are 3-4 less than amo bow length.

A collector's quality bow. Straight limbs, good tips, no scratches or stress cracks in limbs. Three small areas of finish erosion on riser, probably from getting bumped long ago. Looks like a very light Brazilian Rosewood, and with the mass of the riser it seems to be from 1967-74. Big caps faded after that.

Beautiful coffee glass backing and black glass facing. I have a few more lefties I'll post eventually. If you plan to shoot this you better be strong. Sixty pounds with a lot of limb preload. If you're getting it for a girlfriend, also start a coed softball team, start a lot of bar fights when she's around to protect you, and otherwise do what she says.
